Refund & Returns Policy

CHANGE OF MIND FOR BULK PURCHASES

From 13th March 2020, there will be no refunds or exchanges if you change your mind for products bought in bulk.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will accept returns of products in original re-saleable condition, unopened, and unused. You must lodge your return request within 7 days of the purchase date. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All packaging must be intact. This includes shrink wrap, cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals and security seals on box lids. Signs of use will be refused and returned to you.

Clearance stock is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please note: Some hair, beauty and fashion items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations in Australia. These include but are not limited to:

  • Hair brushes
  • Hair accessories
  • All hair chemicals and dyes
  • Skin and makeup accessories
  • All nail coatings, accessories and nail equipment
  • Empty containers
  • Pierced jewellery

To return a product, the steps are as follows:

  1. Contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a return with a short description of the reason.
  2. We will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RA)
  3. Pack the item in an envelope/box with the original invoice with the RA number within clearly on it, properly sealed then post them back to us.
  4. Once we receive the products in their original and unopened condition, we will arrange for the original purchase amount to be refunded to your source of payment. This does not include postage fees. Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.

We recommend using MyPost Business by Australia Post to create, print your own labels and pay online.

Any returns due to change-of-mind will incur a 30% restocking fee.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We pack your order with extra care to prevent potential damage during transit. If they arrive damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of receiving the package. An arrangement will be made for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Due to the circulation of counterfeits, effective from 24/08/2018, DBC Hair & Beauty Supplies will no longer be offering refunds or exchanges on Astra Blades for any reason. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all our products. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms.
