Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post (eParcel, eParcel Express) or Fastway. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Local pick up can be selected if you live within Sydney.
Standard shipping is free* if both of these conditions apply:
1. Your order is over $75.
2. Delivery is within a metro zone area (Sydney only).
Shipping rates are calculated at the cart based on the total weight of your order and the destination. Use the shipping calculator in the cart to get a rate and select your preferred method. We aim to have your order processed and dispatched within 24 hours during business hours.
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard eParcel. If you live outside of the metro zone, allow an extra 1-2 days for unexpected delays for locations such as NT and WA. Unforeseen and unexpected circumstances may also extend shipping time. Express shipping generally takes 1-3 business days depending on your area. Factors that may delay dispatch include large bulk orders or payments being processed.

Tracking and Delivery
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched via Australia Post. If no one is present to accept the parcel, check your mailbox for a note from the courier with details on how to collect your package from your nearest postal outlet.
To ensure a smooth and quick process, please ensure that you correctly fill in your shipping address details. Any errors in shipping information will require us to contact you to confirm your details and delaying dispatch.
